You can't get useful data from EAP participants by occasionally asking, "How ya doin?" or "Who is still alive?" Act for ALS EAP studies have shown us the value of protocols and scientifically sound data gathering in order to produce anything meaningful from the EAPs.

I also find Hims & Hers narrative questionable. Here's another take: They started as a way to make money off people being too afraid to talk to their docs about erectile dysfunction. Then they pivoted to making money off a shortage. Now they want to pivot to profiting off snake oil?
