I mean, given what they're doing in Tibet and Xinjiang, and what they do to pro-democracy activists like in Hong Kong, and to religious minorities like the Falun Gong and Kaifeng Jews, I'd argue they've been doing forever genocides for decades now. but yes, they are absolutely spreading them.

If you actually read the article that citation comes from (or better the book it reviews) the dispute is about the mythological aspects (eg Abraham, 12 tribes, etc) not the origin in Judea. Genetic data is clear about Jewish connection to other groups in the region. momentmag.com/book-review-...
