I don't do involvement work anymore because the NHS higher ups do not want to change things but a good test of an involvement gig for me is: • If I didn't tell my 'story' would these people be actively interested in the changes I'm proposing? If the answer is no, I don't do the thing.

Just watched a great webinar on women & suicide with @suzypuss.bsky.social and Pauline Turnbull (NCISH). Thanks to both for highlighting older women, & the webinar. Aware of how we don't always capture early life experiences in assessments so they're missing from formulations but are so important.
