They also sold prompt packs on artstation as it was too complicated to think of words. Im all for making fun and highlighting the weakness of people who use genai but put more time lifting the artists trying and learning everyday as well.

The prompt theft thing is funny but it’s not new they where shouting at each other at the start of it all. They have such a narrow view they assumed they had some power over the outputs when it’s blind luck and willingness to give in to good enough.

I've been trying to find a good time to bring this up, but: When shifting from posting fanart to more original art/comics, you're lucky if even a fraction of your followers engage with it. I was prepared for that. What I WASN'T prepared for was how little other original artists engage w/ each other.

Also I'm gonna say it: shout out to all people who leave comments on artists' work because THAT CAN BE REALLY FRIGHTENING. I have also felt swerved or awkward after leaving a comment on an artist's work and it can be HARROWING so I really appreciate you who overcome that fear to encourage us!!
