Similarly, threatening a Latinx person with ICE deportation, i.e. "send you to Alligator Alcatraz," which I would treat as a serious threat given the ways that naturalized citizens are being snatched up by ICE, might also escape moderation decisions under the guideline described by Aaron.

However, the ways that Aaron has construed statements like "send trans folks to concentration camps" as not targeting a protected category, opens up the possibility of not taking "send Jewish folks to concentration camps" as either not threatening, or less threatening than it should be.
