a question..... If its in private debt collectors hands.....does the gov have proper chain of title to enforce debt collection under its own damn laws? Fed judges have already ruled you need chain of title to bring a lawsuit against the debtor....

The Trump admin is moving forward on plans to impose financial penalties on Americans in default on their federal student loans and hire private debt collectors to go after them. The plans are unlikely to be announced until after the midterms.
