If your solution for replacing PHP involves the words "git hook" or "ci/cd pipeline" you should talk to more non-tech people. As in, actually talk to them, genuinely listen to them. Especially when they tell you "do i really have to do all that?" and "that all sounds like a lot of work" and "what??"
