Tina gives no incentives to work. Quite the opposite. Leadership should promote the idea that free shit is meant to get you through hard times, not be a living arrangement. Leadership should be cheerleading to get people beyond qualifying for free shit. No wonder Oregons unemployment rate is 5.1%.
