I love Pikmin. Potentially an N64 connoisseur. Ryzen 7 3700x, RX 6600, 16GB 3200mhz. I highly prefer indies and older games btw. Sometimes I stream on Twitch! https://www.twitch.tv/theacingmango Art account (R-16): @serenemango.bsky.social

My problem is framing this as a consumer mentality problem, and not a business mentality problem. If a purely digital ecosystem meant we actually owned our games, this wouldn't have blown up the way it has. He can argue economics all he likes but this is an active choice to rip off consumers.

And he follows up that statement with: "Harness AI and cloud computing to their full potential and we won't need any console." So not only do you not get a physical game you don't get a physical console either. Guess thinking we own the console is also a mental issue.

I still have it and still love it to this day. Just a dinky little toy but it's just so wonderful
