An abortion is a medical procedure often used to save the life of a mother and keep her fertility. What you are talking about is not morality, it's the right wing influence of propaganda. To let a mother die because of some whack nut social influence is not morality based in science or religion.

If a doctor cannot provide a basic medical procedure without their personal beliefs getting in the way, they shouldn't be a doctor.

However, they must alternative care or recommended someone who will do the procedure. So they can't prevent access but they can refuse to personally participate. That way patients can get abortions, and doctors have their rights protected as workers & free citizens with moral & religious liberty.
