Our multi-ancestry, multi-tissue MR study for type 2 diabetes is out in Nature Metabolism! Amazing collab with the Type 2 Diabetes Global Genetics Initiative. We showed that causal effects are mostly shared across ancestries but are highly heterogeneous across tissues. www.nature.com/articles/s42...

Both genomic control & LDSC intercept correction cause severe power loss in GWAS, not counterbalanced by type I error control. A very much needed + interesting analysis by Archit Singh @ozvanbocher.bsky.social @elezeggini.bsky.social et al onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10....
