NHS medical policy: 'Do no harm*' * Subject to Terms & Conditions Eg. -Bigot doesn't like the look of someone? Claim they're trans. -Read someone's file & discover the 'original sin' of transness? Corridor outside the loos ìs good enough. -Woman objects to being treated as male? Self-inflicted 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yeah, you're going to struggle to find a trans person that isn't on HRT as part of their transition (barring those that are on decades long waiting lists in the UK to even get it in the first place). And yes, the media is responsible for ALOT of lies when it comes to GAC.

What treatments rely on your ASAB? The truth is GAC drastically changes our physiology to align far closer with that sex and trying to ignore that and treat us as our ASAB will do us harm Though I can forgive you for maybe not knowing this given even doctors have barely bothered to do the research

no. hormones profoundly change your physiology. trans women are at higher risk of breast cancer than prostate cancer. i have to care about my vaginal microbiome and utis. in any meaningful medical sense, i am closer to a cis woman with a hysterectomy on HRT than a cis man

There are countries where you can buy estrogen, prog, and testosterone over the counter and it's totally fine. Anyone that endorses gatekeeping is an ontological enemy
