NEAR MINT is a really clever roguelike deckbuilder where you're building a deck out of card fragments and you play the fragments together to make a full card. Some cards are more complete than others, which adds a delightful restriction and variety to the gameplay. The combat feels great too!!

Hot Wax isn't technically in this NextFest, but I did find it in a SNF rec thread! This is a fun tetris-like where the ends are wicks and you want to keep the candle burning. It adds an extra layer of strategy to make sure the flames don't get sniffed out as the bricks fall!! I am bad at it :3
