Yesterday, Supreme Court heard arguments regarding the Administration’s attempt to expand executive authority over the Federal Reserve —as illustrated with Dr. Lisa Cook. NCNW strongly urges the Supreme Court to uphold the constitutional balance of powers, preserve the independence of the Fed.
