A shout out to @adrian-currie.bsky.social, @andrameneganzin.bsky.social et al. In 2024 I reviewed their short intro to the philosophy of paleoanthropology for Philosophy Compass. I thought it was a great, so asked Edouard Machery if we could do one too. That is how this paper came about.
