SUPER glad I streamed last night cuz I woke up at 7 am (after 5 hrs of sleep) in so much pain 😭 Idk why I didn't think of this sooner, but I think the stress may be causing a flare 🥴 Still another few hrs till I can take more pain meds too 😭 #ChronicPain #Disability #Disabled
