Realized a few days ago that I quietly hit the 1-year anniversary of stopping drinking. The decision itself wasn’t a big deal which explains why its anniversary wasn’t either. I wasn’t drinking much as it was but would feel it the next day. Thought I’d miss a nice Guinness. Turns out I wouldn’t.
