New publication! radicalhousingjournal.org/2024/in-defe... I argue that tenant organizers, researchers, and policymakers should take seriously the legislative (and other) efforts by landlords and their lobbyists to shirk the term 'landlord.' I conclude that landlord remains the best-suited term.
