Why are they doing this? They are plowing & fertilizing the fields for the vaccine-injury liability lawyers to sue the bejesus out of the Federal Government & bankrupt the current vaccine-injury indemnity program. The lawyers get one-third. The vaccine manufacturers get forced out of business.
