Amendment 3 in Missouri is anti-trans but the primary focus is abortion access. They tied their gender reassignment ban for minors to an abortion ban because they thought that might motivate some bigots. I'd be very surprised if this strategy pays off for them. MO will reject it.

For Nebr, the ballot initiative is not for a law. There is already a law banning trans girls and women from participating in women's sports. This is for a state constitutional amendment. I've been approached by the petitioners, and they're trying to pass this off as "protecting" girls and women.
