If you want to be a better writer, then read. You want to be a better director, then watch movies. You want to be a better AP producer? Then watch and listen to other APs. Not as a job, but as experiencing art as art is intended. Money just complicates things.

When I'm doing mid-day dishes and other stuff that *could* allow me to consume, it's 20 or less minutes. I can nibble at content, but if you have a story that requires dedicated memory and bandwidth, I'll struggle. Music is going to be my go-to.

Pro tip from a former Telltale layoff: if your instinct on someone’s “I just got laid off” post is to be snarky, cheeky, talk about how their job was your dream job, or try to minimize their pain in a desperate attempt to find an upside — don’t do that.
