One participant’s children joined us in the workshop I led on Friday. One of them decided to give out stamps & stickers to any participant who looked sad or did a good job. 🥹 Her drawing of “us leading the workshop together” is precious to me. This is how I hope to move through the world.

I had the pleasure of meeting her & working with her office in the early days of the Association of Canadian Early Career Health Researchers. She moved mountains to make science fair & accessible & be on the government’s radar more than it had been. I am grateful for her work, words, and time.
