Stop calling it a strike, GENSHIN was never STRUCK against. It's a refusal of work and I'm sorry if you refused work in any other industry you'd be fired and replaced. Hoyo has given them a lot of grace with not voicing for the English side of Genshin. So it's about time hoyo start replacing them.

Are you kidding me? Even the Chinese community thinks she sounds horrible. Their voice is terrible and has been hated for years. It was only semi ok in 1.X. still they're a horrible person so good riddance.
