I'm remembering early on in AEW PAC had a high profile(?) match that ended up being scrapped but he was booked to lose and didn't want to lose specifically because he was the World Champion of Dragon Gate at the time and I think that spoke a lot about his character

I know we say this a lot when someone dies, but I mean this, nobody said a bad word about PAC ever. And he's swam some shark invested waters in the last 25 years. Yet he was so admired and liked by his peers and the fanbase. God, his poor mother.
