A very useful tool. However it would be helpful to provide guidance on what actions to take with the scores - ie IAPT or referral to specialist perinatal trauma services. Also..

midwives will likely discharge within 2-3 weeks postnatally, and perinatal trauma services don’t accept referrals until min. 6 weeks PN. Therefore relying on GP’s/health visitors to ask these questions and be aware of available services. So high chance the opportunity for referrals being missed.
