I was an evangelical for abt 2 yrs. As a complete dummy, in the late 80's w/no family and a baby w/horrific colic, I reached out to a church in hopes of finding a teen willing to help for an hr a couple times a week so I could cook/clean. Didn't take long to see the BS. I also never got any help!
