Similarly, the impact of his appalling actions will take years to completely reveal themselves. It won’t be until other people are in office, and those people will be blamed for something that was set in motion 5, 10 years before. It is a significant challenge to get this point across.

When ICE targets brown people and forcefully relocates them, it goes from immigration policy to ethnic cleansing. We have classes about prevention of mass atrocities at Army/USAF War Colleges. It might be a good idea for ICE to take such a class. Trump has immunity, they do not.
