Seriously, its not like they cant afford it. They could at the very least bring in a part time translator to translate coaches notes if they dont think its necessary to have one on call 24/7

Or just communicate with curse words, the universal language. It’s 110% bullshit to use language as an excuse. Hire a translator to help both the coaches and players; create an environment to help him thrive FFS.

I saw Alex Semin, ovechkin for portions of his career, Khudobin, etc. so just fine. Maybe he should consider a translator or Russian coach, since we have so many Russian players. Learning a language isn’t as simple as they make it seem. Meet him halfway
