Ours is too, and the data seems to show that as much as the ultra-wealthy whine about taxation, and as much ability as they obviously have to move to the tax-free utopia of their dreams, they don’t actually do it. They bank in the Cayman Islands, they don’t live there, and it’s literally paradise.

I still find it crazy. Most of my work trips are short notice and that makes the train the most expensive option every time. It’s annoying because I actively want to stop driving and flying and use public transport. I was in Germany earlier this year, trains were so cheap I used them all the time
