I think I'd focus them less on factories and more on key infrastructure. Major bridges, dams, that sort of thing. Likely more disruptive than blowing up a single factory (and blowing up a dam when it is full is an amazing force multiplier for a bomb's effects.

grabbing lunch from this place that has went sort of viral locally. she only cooks one dish a day, only sells in-person at 11:30 until she sells out. it’s funny how the lack of options now feels like an amenity. like yes, girl, don’t make me make any decisions.
