(6) Let’s say we have a Beatles cover band. They dress like a particular era of the band. Have a lefty bass player. Etc. That’s not ressourcement even though it uses old things. Nope. Gotta contribute something new to the landscape.

Culturally speaking, I suspect that the idea for survival and perpetuation short-circuited any desire for communion and solidarity. The folly of it all.
