Right. And here the law says you're wrong. But you keep insisting that Alito's argument (which he LOST ON) is the correct interpretation of the law. So you're literally arguing the opposite of what you claim re: Bush v. Gore. You're arguing the losing side of the law on this.

Valentino had played a lot of villains before becoming a leading man. Paul Muni put on a "mama mia" accent in SCARFACE but I am not sure if Valentino could have carried off that psycho gleam Muni, Cagney and Robinson could all do. But a George Raft cooler than cool? Yeah, I think so.
