Things that make me want to scream: In 2008/09, a proposed development would have turned the former Shopper's World in Hamtramck into an Aldi with affordable housing above it. Local businesses and residents shut it down, fearing it would bring in the 'wrong kind of poor people.' It's still vacant.

Exactly. They arent willing to take any blame or seek counseling to try and repair relationship. Their definition of parenting is doing the bare minimum and demanding constant fealty
