i say all this not to shame you but because i think sticking with it is the best thing you could possibly do even if it feels impossible. i know once it blows over your gfs and family will be super grateful that you were there for them the whole time. idk if this helps but just some food for thought

whenever someone kills themselves, it causes a ripple effect of people finding out and being saddened by it, strangers will be sad about it, your friends will be devastated, your family/partners will be scarred permanently.

ah i see. yeah that does sound pretty serious. although something i think you should think about is that even though its really bad, if you kill yourself it'll still cause grief for a lot of people. that being your partners, your friends, maybe even people you stopped talking to

i only added that on since it was related to the topic of blocking people, i want to stop using them because something i recently realized is that blocklists are almost always disingenuous and people who did nothing often get added in poor faith
