maybe ICE leaves, maybe it sticks around. if it's the latter people will ask why Gibson, Mamdani et al aren't doing anything, and will thereafter start arming themselves same as in Minneapolis. once that happens, if NYPD tries enforcing gun laws it'll be running gun battles and urban guerillas
