Great read @justinpearse.bsky.social, indeed it is rare hearing honesty on stages, but when I speak to folks in the Industry that do this stuff esp in big firms/Ad groups, they say their PR/comms teams sometimes tell them what to say & limits how 'honest' they can be- not so much for smaller firms!
