Hmm that's understandable! I agree with you, i sometimes want to take a week off to focus on myself, but it feels weird taking time off for "no reason". But i think taking a break and enjoying yourself is enough reason and I'm trying to do that myself too 🫡 Most importantly, listen to your body!!
