Variations on this across a range of fields and published papers. Reminds me of a paper that cited (all of) Wittgenstein's Philosophical Investigations to justify a broad and vague assertion. Maybe it did.

There is really no logic in this. A profit-oriented company that holds a monopoly is fined for breaches of regulations and industry standards. This will be paid by the customers. Where is the accountability of those who are responsible for the breaches? #EconSky #PoliSky
