This was supposed to be my first week showing with Gilly but since I broke my arm he went with my trainer instead. The goal was simply no refusals, no big spooks. Not only did he achieve that, Gilly went clear in every round & finished top 3 in every jump off (won one!). So proud of this tired boy 🥰

It’s because of THE DARK KNIGHT. Based on a DC comic, it didn’t have a chance of fitting into the top 5. But it should have been nominated! So, they expanded the category to 10, so sci-fi and superhero movies— “crowd pleasers”— have a better chance! They gotta point!

Also, if your movie has been nominated it's reported to help at the box office, so I think there's been some lobbying from the studios.
