Love to Julia of @pillowfort.social for what I know is the hardest decision she's ever had to make. She did amazing for a very long time at a job that gets harder every year. www.pillowfort.social/posts/8413273

Pillowfort was what we needed, but the broader community wasn't willing to support. It's hard when people are so hell bent on chasing numbers that they don't understand participating in smaller communities with more meaningful interactions. I believed in pillowfort and proud of what they did.

Oh and a reminder to support @pillowfort.social. Now more than ever, we need site for fans by fans. Bluesky is just a stop-gap as we've seen with their behavior as time goes on.

The Ko-fi post circulating was misinformation, but I stand by the fact that they need to allow NSFW artists to do stuff on their platform. There are ways to do so. This is why Pillowfort is honestly so great; they are getting better each time they update. I love you, @pillowfort.social. Mwah.
