I like the movie a lot too. I know some folks have random issues with it, but I'm very aware that things need to change when going from one storytelling format to another, especially when twenty years have passed since the story was first told. Is it the graphic novel? No. Is it a cool movie? Yes.

I admit I liked the movie more than the book. At least, I liked the set-up for the movie. The book posited the UK after a limited nuclear war. The movie just said, "All this 'War on Terror' bullshit? This is where it eventually leads..."
