the counterpoint to that is that it seems everyone knows AI isn't very good at the stuff they're very knowledgeable about, but still somehow think it's good at everything else.

The internet gets a lot of shit, often rightfully, but every time I’m shown some nerd’s passion project about some niche hobby, I’m so happy for any autistic person who finds an audience for the hyper fixation that would have gotten them stuffed in a locker in an ‘80s movie.

Put my daughter's hamster's cage in the kitchen where it's nice and cool. Don't want sweet little Jinu to overheat & can't exactly aim a fan at him. Nice to have all the pets downstairs 😍
