DISCLAIMER: Several years ago I made @thelaurentucker.bsky.social read a script of unhinged nonsense for another show, but I maintain that this review is not a product of any residual guilt I have for my actions.

The acting is fantastic (shoutout to @bonthemightybon.bsky.social), especially for a production that was recorded remotely. There's some great dialogue editing too, keeping everything feeling naturalistic If you like your horror to be in a spooky cabin by a lake, this is definitely one to check out

This genre is very much not my thing (I am a wimp) but the acting, sound design and use of music on this show kinda blew me away. There's very little of the friction I find so often in audio work. Everything feels polished, but with the focus on drawing you in and maintaining the immersion.
