You’re right as far as Easter’s name in English is concerned, but in Latin and Greek it’s Pasha which it is still called today. Pasha is derived from Aramaic Paska. Which in itself is a cognate of the Hebrew Pesach. Having to do with the Jewish celebration of Passover.
