I'm not exactly sure about the bar in the back, but I think it has to be a tensioner There are two treadles on the bottom with a string(s) attached. You can see the string ending near the weaver's hand - she's guiding it if not pulling it I am not sure, though, if it pulls a heddle or what it does

backstrap\rigid heddle hybrid You can see string heddles pulling up the design, a pick up stick, a beater & I *think* an early rigid heddle being pulled up and down. Since there's a split shed, I think there is something w holes & slots to divid the shed 2\ CONTINUED
