I think in that scene, you can see that Stolas is a bit shocked and confused by how upset Blitzø is. At first, he’s apologizing more easily because he didn’t realize Blitzø would be home when he invited someone to pick him up. But then his demeanor changes when he realizes how hurt Blitzø
