I worked at a Marcos Pizza for about a month. They told me when I was hired on "if you ever no call no show, don't bother showing back up" Well, I got stranded up in Michigan in a freak snow storm. No cell service, slept in my car at a rest stop. Missed my morning shift the next day.

We still have a landline because cell service isn't always great, and we have cells because Comcast is no longer reliable.

We have used xplore.ca in very remote areas, including where we live now and previously in the NWT and rural AB …. Never had an issue. We also set our cell phones to wifi calling as there isn’t a service that reliably works here but no issues at all with xplore. Used to be xplorenet. Canadian too! 🇨🇦

Seriously, will someone reboot the server my consciousness lives on? It keeps throwing up errors. Like it was showing I had no cell service when I’m in the middle of town. Couldn’t call, couldn’t text, couldn’t use data. Was just about to go back into my office and -POOF! It’s all working again.
