The anxiety is hitting pretty hard this morning for reasons that aren’t entirely clear. The sort where I feel like I’m on top of nothing, like I annoy everyone around me, and where silence is loud but anything I might listen to is louder. Anyone wanna chat about serious or frivolous things?

They should invent a type of anxiety that’s responsive to rational challenges like pointing out that my social life is actually really good and people speak highly of me. A friend suggested I might have seasonal-depressive tendencies, which… maybe? I’m crawling out of it right now.
