Anxiety impacts us on so many levels including in ways we may not realize. If possible, seek medical attention including mental health support. I also have found that daily 10-20 min guided meditation (try Headspace), breathing, and physical exercise helpful in managing my anxiety. Be well 🙏🏻

Fully understand where you're coming from I've had an anxiety condition for years and it rules my life constantly Hope you can find something to ease the symptoms Music generally helps with mine at times
