I’m hoping so too, I finally was able to get a new mattress two days ago and I got some cushions for my chair cause I also work at a desk 😭. I should start working out too to get my muscles stronger in my back.

Yeah the humidity would definitely help it grow and make certain things expire faster. Be careful with the portable humidifiers too, they have to be cleaned often and thoroughly or else they will grow mold too 😭

You’re totally fine, I don’t have a similar experience myself regarding this. I had some bad back pain but it was because of how old my mattress was and is slowly getting better. If it is related to the mold maybe you have an allergy to it or are more susceptible to it. I hope you find a solution!

It could maybe be a vitamin deficiency or lack of protein/water? I know when I first moved out those were things I struggled with, even now I’m not the best with hitting how much protein I should eat in a day and it can make me feel sick
